Rockin’ Baja Lobster was inspired by the old fishing village of Puerto Nuevo and the fresh, local Pacific Lobsters that they served there. Their Baja style Lobsters became the core of their menu, and has since been joined by many new lobster specialities created by the owner and their chef.
